Mantario Door Control has been proudly servicing Winnipeg for over 33 years and continues to grow. We are currently looking for a Sales Estimator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who can confidently estimate, coordinate, and help manage projects from start to finish.

Duties
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for:
- Automatic doors
- Steel doors and frames
- Aluminum doors and storefront systems
- Card access systems
- Commercial door hardware (closers, exit devices, electrified hardware, etc.)
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Perform take-offs and material costing
- Conduct site visits to measure, assess, and inspect existing conditions
- Order materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Project Management when needed
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships with contractors, property managers, and end users
- Communicate with customers throughout the estimating and project process
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating (doors, hardware, or related industry preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of commercial doors, hardware, and low-voltage systems is a strong asset
- Experience with project management and scheduling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers
- Proficient with computers (Excel, email, estimating software)
