The Opportunity

You’ll be on the front lines—meeting decision-makers, uncovering needs, and delivering uniform, linen, and facility service solutions that help businesses look professional, stay compliant, and operate smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Prospect, network, and hunt for new business through in-person visits, cold calls, referrals, and appointments
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and needs analysis to presentations, objections, and close
- Build strong relationships with local businesses across a wide range of industries
- Sell uniform programs as your core offering, with additional linen and facility service solutions to increase deal size and customer value
- Consistently achieve activity and revenue goals tied to calls, meetings, and new account growth
- Use CRM and sales technology to manage your pipeline and stay organized
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer experience

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Business-to-business outside sales experience with a focus on new account acquisition
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
