Scotian Heat Pumps is expanding rapidly across Nova Scotia, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to go door-to-door setting appointments for homeowners interested in energy-efficient heat pump systems.
You are not selling at the door — your job is simply to spark interest and book a free in-home consultation for our HVAC Advisors.
If you’re energetic, confident, and enjoy being outdoors and talking to people, this role can be very rewarding.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods Door-to-door (assigned territories provided)
- Speak with homeowners about heat pump benefits and available rebates
- Schedule free in-home consultations
- Record appointments in our system
- Represent our brand professionally in the community

- Previous door-to-door or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
