Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Support children’s individual needs, including working with children with disabilities or special requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times by adhering to health and safety policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum plans and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to create engaging activities that support developmental milestones.
- Certification or training in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: $19.60-$23.66 per hour
