Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Spa and Massage Therapist to lead our spa team and provide exceptional wellness services to our clients. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service while fostering a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. You will be responsible for developing service protocols, training staff, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the spa team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement spa service protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and specialty massages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
- Manage client appointments, ensuring timely service delivery while addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive services for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
- Promote spa services through marketing initiatives and community outreach.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience as a massage therapist with a strong portfolio of techniques.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a spa or wellness setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
