Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and professional Office Manager to join our team at Focused on Health Chiropractic at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto. We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative and communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, supporting both the doctors and patients effectively.
Duties
- Manage front desk tasks, including greeting patients and answering the phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and appointments for the doctors and patients.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Excel and Google docs.
- Handle filing systems and organization of office supplies/inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
- Support administrative tasks including mail processing, document preparation, and maintaining office equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace and general computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
