We are looking for an organized, friendly team member who enjoys supporting clients and working in a creative environment.
Duties:
- Assist clients in the showroom
- Provide support with various administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations and invoices for clients
- Complete paperwork related to client orders and installations
- Assist with site visits and measuring for projects
-Assist with marketing project and regular social media postings
Skills:
- Aptitude for interior design
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and POS software for sales transactions
- Previous sales experience
- Account management skills for client interactions and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellence in customer service
