Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory and packaging of baked goods for sale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant setting, showcasing strong cooking and food preparation skills.
- Expertise in baking and food handling, with a solid understanding of food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service abilities, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Proficient in cake decorating and packaging techniques, enhancing presentation and product quality.
- A background in the food industry, demonstrating a passion for culinary arts and teamwork in a kitchen environment.
