Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, proactive, and outgoing Part-Time Receptionist & Marketing Assistant to be the face of our space. You’ll be supporting both coworking members and studio clients while helping with marketing and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, members, and guests
- Manage front desk operations and inquiries (in-person, email, phone)
- Handle bookings for coworking space and photo studio
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Support administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, data entry)
- Assist with marketing, including social media posts and promotions (Required)
- Help manage and create content for Chinese social media platforms
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients and leads
- Coordinate with team members and vendors when needed
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is required (Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.)
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, studio, or customer-facing environments preferred
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, extroverted, and confident speaking with people
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, etc.)
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently
Work Schedule
- Part-time (approx. 15–25 hours/week)
- Weekdays and/or weekends (flexible scheduling)
