Job Overview
We are seeking professional Medical Aestheticians to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional aesthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our range of products and services. This role offers a very high commission split, self motivated individual with a client base the opportunity to work with Medika, all their devices access to all technology , education and skincare, in a dynamic environment in Hammonds plains.
You will be your own boss, plan your own schedule, and you must have a client base. The Medical Aesthetician will play a key role in delivering personalized guest services, ensuring sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, skin peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, laser technology, dermal needling and more
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on client needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages in a friendly and informative manner
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations
- Manage own scheduling appointments, and answering client inquiries
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns effectively
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends through ongoing education
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and guest services management
- Skilled in medical aesthetics treatments
- Ability to perform multiple treatments with attention to detail while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Effective team player with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals

Pay: $24.00-$120.00 per hour
