We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead the complete redesign of our mobile application. This role is ideal for someone who has designed high-quality consumer products and understands how to create experiences that users love and return to every day.

This is a product design role—not just a UI design position. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, solve complex usability challenges, and create experiences users genuinely enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete UI/UX redesign of the ReelBook mobile application.
- Design a premium, elegant, and intuitive user experience that is simple to use and visually outstanding.
- Create seamless user flows that improve usability, engagement, and long-term user retention.
- Simplify complex features into clean, user-friendly experiences with minimal friction.
- Design key product experiences including Home Feed, Search, Discovery, User Profiles, Business Profiles, Reviews, Messaging, Reservations, Offers, Wallet, and Settings.
- Develop a scalable Figma design system with reusable components, typography, color palettes, icons, spacing, and interaction guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across the entire application while maintaining a modern, premium visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to transform business requirements into exceptional user experiences.
- Provide complete developer handoff with clear specifications and support during implementation.
- Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional Product Design or UI/UX experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality mobile applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
- Deep understanding of mobile UX principles for iOS and Android.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience working closely with software development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional digital products.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
