Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Dental assisting Level II certification (NDEAB)
- Experience working with CAD/CAM systems for dental restorations (preferred)
-Intraoral Scanning experience, or willing to train
-Experience with Sleep Dentistry preferred or willing to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This job is Monday to Thursday plus 1 Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month, 1-2 evenings per month.
