Your role
As the Senior Manager, Product Development, you will be responsible for managing, planning and implementing research and development projects for the Liberté or Yoplait brands. You will lead an R&D team ensuring that
development projects align with market needs, regulatory requirements and the company’s strategic objectives
What you will accomplish daily

Lead, coach and develop an R&D team of product developers

Oversee the creation of innovative yogurt recipes that reflect consumer expectations and market trends

Supervise pilot tests and prototypes to assess product feasibility before industrialization

Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful scale‑up of R&D innovations, maintaining product quality and performance throughout manufacturing

Contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality

Ensure all new products meet quality standards, food safety requirements and local/international regulations

Ensure compliance with nutritional standards and regulations related to health claims and dairy product labeling

Participate in conferences, trade shows and collaborations with research centers to stay informed about technological advancements in the dairy sector
What you need to join our team

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology,Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field

Minimum 10–15 years of R&D experience in the food industry

Experience managing a technical team

Expertise in dairy products, particularly yogurt (a significant asset)

Bilingualism (French and English — daily communication in both languages)
