Job Responsibilities
- Assisting Consultants in preparing legal documentation and case files
- Communications with the clients
- Perform other general and administrative duties as required
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with clients
- Previous Experience in immigration setting would be an asset
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree ( Must Have)
- 6-12 Months Experience in Immigration filing in Canada only ( Must Have)
- Proficient in English
- Experience in office environment helps
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of computerized phone systems and basic office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
