The Continuous Improvement Project Manager plays a key role in optimizing the company’s operational processes. He/She is responsible for analyzing, deploying, and supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives aimed at reducing variation, eliminating waste, and improving overall performance. The incumbent acts as a change agent within teams and ensures the sustainability of achieved gains. The role is part of an evolving structure and contributes to aligning practices with the group’s strategic direction.

- As a Continuous Improvement Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and support the deployment of the continuous improvement program across the organization.
- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects throughout the organization (Black Belt level).
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on data, audits, KPIs, and field feedback.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and map processes (VSM, SIPOC, Flowcharts).
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, 5S, SMED) and problem-solving sessions (8D, A3).
- Train and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma principles (White, Yellow, Green Belt).
- Advise managers and facilitate organizational buy-in for new processes (Lean).
- Measure the impact of improvements on quality, costs, lead times, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the standardization and sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Collaborate with other sites to share best practices and align approaches.
- Act as a change agent by promoting the adoption of new practices, processes, and work standards.

What makes you an asset to our team
- University degree in engineering or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma project management
- Experience leading projects and supporting change management
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment, considered an asset
- Influential leadership and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Thoroughness, analytical mindset, and autonomy
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma tools: DMAIC, DFSS, FMEA, SPC, Minitab, and Excel
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
