Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to facilitate the organization of client projects. Must have an encompassing background in all elements of event technology, people management and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Provide technical support for bb Blanc Account Managers from the quoting stage to show day

Assist in translating the client’s vision into an accurate work order, ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate labour requirements

Prepare detailed project plan and ensure adherence to plan, adjusting as needed

Perform risk management to minimize challenges and prepare accordingly

Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects

Maintain constant communication with the Account Manager, client, and others as required

Responsible to lead, manage, and hold onsite technical crew accountable on all events

Prepare comprehensive pre and post event documentation as required
Qualifications and Requirements:

Extensive technical knowledge and experience with Audio, Video, Lighting, and Staging

Experience as an AV Technician for minimum 3 years

Experience in project management for minimum of 1 year

Experience with floorplan software such as AutoCad and or Vectorworks

Post-secondary education or 2 years’ similar experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Must have G class License and access to vehicle
