Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Support Baker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early mornings, works efficiently under pressure, and has a solid foundation in baking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of baking experience (bakery or commercial kitchen preferred)
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Early morning availability (5:00 AM start required)
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Sourdough experience is a strong asset
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily production of baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Support lead bakers with prep, scaling, and baking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
- Help ensure product quality and consistency
