Must-Have Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for all positions.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong Work Ethic: Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
- Safety-Minded: Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience/Skills:
- Proven leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of excavation processes.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
