We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall store performance.
This position requires strong leadership skills, organization, and the ability to multitask. The successful applicant will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting a productive and team-oriented workplace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Supervise, schedule, and support staff members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving products
- Operate and oversee POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
- Monitor sales performance and help achieve store goals
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and administrative tasks
- Customer service experience required
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
