We are hiring Cooks to join the Back of House team at REFRESH Kitchen & Bar for the 2026 season.
Nestled in the stunning Kootenays, Kokanee Springs Resort is a destination for golf, exceptional food, and unforgettable experiences. Featuring course-side luxury villas, a 60-room lodge, and an RV park, our culinary team is central to bringing the resort experience to life.
We take pride in quality ingredients, strong teamwork, and delivering consistently great food in a professional, fast-paced kitchen that keeps guests coming back year after year.
REFRESH Kitchen & Bar is the resort’s on-site restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, après golf, and dinner. We offer indoor dining, patio service, and takeout — all focused on quality, consistency, and memorable guest experiences.

Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items across all services

Running your station efficiently during busy periods

Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards

Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

Assisting with prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties

Working closely with a supportive kitchen team

FoodSafe Level 1 Certification (required)

Previous line cook or kitchen experience

Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and pride in food quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts

Availability for AM and/or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
