FASHION has been at the centre of Canada’s fashion and beauty conversation for decades. Across print, digital, social, video, newsletters, and events, the brand covers style, beauty, culture, travel, luxury, and the people shaping what’s next. We’re looking for a Managing Editor to help run the brand day to day.
This is a role for someone who loves the work itself. Someone who enjoys building a strong editorial operation, helping teams do their best work, and making sure great ideas make it from pitch to publication.
You’ll oversee editorial planning, production, workflows, budgets, publishing schedules, and the day-to-day management of the editorial team. You’ll work closely with the Publisher and a talented group of editors, writers, designers, and creators to produce content across every platform FASHION operates in.
You’ll also be close to the work. Editing stories. Writing when needed. Reviewing packages. Looking at performance. Thinking about how content can work harder across digital, social, newsletters, video, and print.
The ideal candidate is an experienced editor with strong digital instincts and a genuine interest in fashion, beauty, culture, travel, and luxury. They understand what makes content resonate, know how to manage competing priorities, and are comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can bring clarity, organization, and momentum to a busy team while maintaining the editorial standards that have made FASHION one of Canada’s most trusted and influential lifestyle brands.
