Minimum Requirements -
- 5 yrs experience in construction or property maintenance.
-Perform general maintenance
-Minor Painting, framing, drywall
-Minor Plumbing and electrical knowledge is asset
- Cell Phone is required
-Capable of lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods
- Minor snow removal such as sidewalks in front of building entrances
The successful candidate should have the ability to operate power tools and general hand tools. The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, customer relation skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Truck considered an asset (not required) - car allowance per month
- Own power tools is an asset (not required)
You will be given a service email which you will schedule your day based on what is needed. If there are no service calls, you be required to freshen up building hallways, garbage rooms, replace filters in units, check toilet water to make sure no leaks, clog or patch holes as needed etc..
