Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Tattoo Artist to join our studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity while providing exceptional guest experiences in a professional environment.
Duties
- Create custom tattoo designs that meet clients’ specifications and artistic visions
- Consult with clients to understand their ideas, preferences, and skin considerations
- Maintain a clean, sterile work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all tattoo equipment is properly sanitized and sterilized before and after each session
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the tattoo process and aftercare instructions
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist with retail sales of related products such as aftercare items or body art supplies
- Promote studio services through product demos, social media, or guest services to enhance client engagement
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing client flow
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skill and versatility
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
