Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Pharmacy/Medical Shipping)
Location: Milton, Ontario
Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Contract Duration: ASAP – End of November 2026 (5-month contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch break). Note: Team members are occasionally required to stay until 5:00 PM to ensure shipments are tendered to couriers.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Milton. In this role, you will be responsible for the careful handling and packing of temperature-sensitive medications. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. Milton offers a vibrant community with convenient access to major highways and a growing industrial sector, making it an ideal location for logistics and distribution professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack and prepare temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products for shipment (onsite training provided).
- Stand for extended periods at a packing workstation.
- Perform repetitive motion tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Collect and document shipment data using basic computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Occasionally assist with late-stage tendering of shipments to couriers (until 5:00 PM).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Safety Shoes (must be worn on-site).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Clean background check required.
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal directions.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry.
Preferred Assets:
- Previous experience in a warehouse receiving environment.
