Maintenance Team Member
SunBuilt Custom Homes Ltd. is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Property & Maintenance Team.

About the Role
As a member of our Property & Maintenance Team, you'll play an important role in maintaining the professional appearance of our homes, communities, equipment, and properties.
No two days are the same. One day you may be preparing a model home, the next maintaining equipment, assisting a construction crew, or ensuring one of our properties is looking its absolute best.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of SunBuilt homes, lots, and properties
- Seasonal property maintenance
- Keep construction sites clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and organization
- Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to job sites
- Assist construction and service teams when required
- Perform general labour and miscellaneous maintenance tasks
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications
- Valid G Class driver's licence
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors throughout the seasons
Experience with landscaping, equipment operation, construction, property maintenance, or general labour is considered an asset but is not required.

- Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
