Job Summary
A strong team, like a great beer, is the sum of its parts. Our necessary ingredient is an awesome person to join us in our tasting room as a server/bartender. The tasting room is a vital part of BCB serving as a local and visitor hot spot in Squamish. Our Bartender and Server role is that friendly face, serving up great food and beer and creating a memorable experience. Bartenders/servers must be aware that they are a representative of BCB and our organization's values. This individual ought to share an enthusiasm for great product and equally great service.
Please note, this is a part time role and the ideal candidate has open availability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.
- Performs guest service by making sure that all dining room guests are seated at a clean table, that all guests receive prompt attention, have their orders promptly prepared and served, and that tables are cleaned, sanitized and ready for the next guests.
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and has a team mentality.
- Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Completes daily cleaning and restocking duties as directed.
*This role requires a valid Serving it Right certification
Working & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. To bend, lift, and carry object weighing approximately 25 pounds.
