This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including electrical and mechanical knowledge, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with commercial appliances using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of appliances.
- Utilize electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently
- Assemble, install, or replace appliance components as needed
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide repair processes
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial appliance repair, electrical systems, or mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble and disassemble appliances effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in appliance repair work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Candidates with a Gas Fitters License Preferred!
- Must have a valid Passport for travel to the USA.
