WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Senior Analyst, Channel & Pricing Management is responsible for executing and operationalizing commercial activities while ensuring pricing integrity across all distribution channels. The role supports revenue growth through channel optimization, commercial execution, pricing governance, and project delivery. In addition, the position contributes to Revenue Management transformation initiatives, best practice development, process improvement, and change adoption across the organization.
The incumbent analyzes channel performance to identify opportunities and risks, represents Revenue Management in business projects, develops reporting and post-audit analyses, and supports the advancement of RM capabilities, tools, processes, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert on pricing, distribution, and revenue management systems and processes.
- Grow and maximize revenues through B2C channels while ensuring pricing integrity across all distribution channels.
- Analyze channel performance and market trends to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Implement merchandising, promotional, and revenue stream opportunities in collaboration with Ecommerce, Loyalty, and Partnership teams.
- Support the execution of commercial plans by ensuring alignment across all distribution and sales channels.
- Develop and maintain campaign offer constructs to support Loyalty, Partnership, and strategic business initiatives.
- Perform post-audit analyses, communicate findings, and provide recommendations for future commercial activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance across market segments and sales channels.
- Support Revenue Management transformation initiatives related to systems, tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of RM best practices, documentation, playbooks, and governance standards.
- Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new tools, processes, and enhancements.
- Assist with analyst enablement, knowledge transfer, training materials, and capability-building initiatives across the Revenue Management community.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- University degree with a minimum of 3 years in the travel industry related experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze reports and related industry reports to better understand the market and competitors.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills used to recommend and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comprehensive understanding of brand management and retail distribution strategy.
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (French & English) preferred.
