We now have an opening for a professional Salesperson seeking a part-time position to visit our clients and prospective businesses to identify needs and provide them with solutions.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible daytime work hours and additional earning potential through performance bonuses.
Job Details
- Part-time – approximately 16 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential clients: 4 - 6 per shift
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, managers and staff
- Ensure ILPS profession standards are maintained
- Identify opportunities to improve or expand services
- Update customer information in the company CRM system
- Schedule face-to-face appointments
- Submit simple weekly activity reports
Training and ongoing support will be provided. This role focuses on long term relationship building and appointment setting, not high-pressure sales.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in sales
- Based in BC, Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
Compensation
- $25 CAD for each Qualified Appointment*
- Bonus compensation may be awarded on a case-by-case basis for closed deals resulting in payment from referred customers
*A Qualified Appointment is a scheduled meeting with a business decision maker who has expressed interest in learning about ILPS services and is available for a minimum of 15 minutes.
