Our recruitment team is partnering with a well established, patient focused dental practice to find an exceptional Dental Operations Lead.
This is a thriving practice with a strong reputation, modern technology, and a supportive team culture. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, helping drive operational excellence while ensuring an outstanding experience for both patients and team members.
This position is ideal for an experienced dental professional who enjoys leading people, improving systems, and isn't afraid to step in wherever needed to support the practice.
Schedule
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Approximately two evenings per week
- Alternating Saturdays
What You'll Be Responsible For
As the Dental Operations Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while leading and supporting a high performing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Managing performance and fostering accountability
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Monitoring key performance indicators and supporting practice growth
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their care and financial options
- Supporting the front office during vacations or unexpected absences
- Providing chairside assistance or sterilization support when clinical coverage is required
- Ensuring exceptional patient service and efficient daily operations
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who leads with confidence, communicates effectively, and enjoys building a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of dental leadership, treatment planning or management experience
- Clinical background as a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Hygienist
- Valid HARP Certification
- Experience with treatment coordination
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations
- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment
