The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service to grow within a supportive environment. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for creating a positive car shopping experience, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating a vehicle that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product features
- Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers
- Strong sales aptitude
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software
- Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work flexible hours

- Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
