The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible forestablishingand implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overallobjectiveof this role is to leadapplicationssystems analysis and programming activities.
Take complete ownership of business initiatives frominceptionto production. Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define scope, estimate effort, andidentifytechnical dependencies.
Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Define,maintain, and promote robust architectural patterns, coding standards, and best practices for large-scale, high-throughput enterprise web applications.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Deep, authoritative knowledge of core Java, including multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning
Strongproficiencyin Oracle Database, including advanced SQL, PL/SQL development, query optimization, indexing strategies, and database schema design.
