Job Summary
Advanced Piping Systems Specializes in Hydraulic pipe, Tube and Hose, as well as Standard piping systems. We preform Specialized, exciting installs across western Canada. Our projects Range from Installs on the Ocean, to Piping jobs in gold mines on top of glaciers. APS is looking for a Journeyman to join our up-and-coming specialized field crew for some new and exciting Piping projects. We are based in Nisku and preform specialized installation across Canada. We are accepting applications from Plumbers, Pipefitters and Millwrights.
Duties:
· Install project systems as required.
· Complete all necessary installations requiring flushing & commissioning.
· Oversea project when requested.
· Complete detailed project progress reports e.g. time, equipment, materials used / requested & safety forms.
· Perform site liaison when instructed between APS & client.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role in a Piping Trade
- blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and system design.
- Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools relevant to piping tasks.
- Experience in performing heavy lifting as required by job demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
