We’re looking for a skilled and reliable pizza chef to join our team at Mortadella 915. This role is focused on strong execution during service, including baking, assembling sandwiches, and reheating pizza slices with consistency and attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with efficiency, and can step into a leadership role in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Bake and manage pizza production during service
- Assemble and execute schiacciata sandwiches
- Reheat and finish pizza slices to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, speed, and organization during busy service
- Support kitchen operations and team coordination
Requirements
- Experience in baking and/or pizza making
- Strong understanding of dough (fermentation, handling, etc.)
- Ability to work clean, fast, and organized under pressure
- Leadership mindset and team-oriented attitude
