Position Summary
Seeking a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our property. The Groundskeeper plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring all outdoor areas, facilities, and grounds are well-maintained and presented to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Mow lawns, trim grass, and maintain landscaped areas.
- Prune shrubs, trees, and flower beds as required.
- Plant, water, and care for seasonal flowers and greenery.
- Remove weeds and debris from walkways and common areas.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling throughout the property.
- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, picnic areas, fire pits, and recreational spaces.
- Ensure roads, pathways, docks, and parking areas remain clean and safe.
- Perform routine inspections of grounds and report maintenance issues.
- Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Report equipment repairs and safety concerns promptly.
- Provide friendly and courteous assistance to guests when needed.
- Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through attention to detail and property appearance.
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance, or outdoor labour experience is an asset.
- Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
Working Conditions
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Weekend and holiday work is required.
- Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
