Our client is looking for a Journeyman Electrician and Electrical Foreman to join a growing construction team specializing in multifamily residential projects in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
- Complete rough-in, finishing, and system installation work
- Install door access systems, security cameras, and related electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure project timelines are achieved
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Complete daily hazard assessments and maintain site safety standards
- Support apprentices and junior electricians as needed

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent trade qualification
- Experience in multifamily residential construction
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with rough-in and finishing work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must supply own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Leadership and crew coordination experience required for Foreman
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
