Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Juice Bar Barista / Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our juice bar, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving fresh beverages and healthy food. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy foods according to company recipes and standards
- Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash, credit card payments, and refunds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area, adhering to food safety standards
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently while ensuring quality control
- Educate customers about menu options, ingredients, and health benefits of products
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values
Skills
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, with knowledge of serving and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for cashiering functions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to educate customers about products and ingredients

Preference will be given to applicants with food safety and / or juice bar experience. MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 FOOD SAFETY TO APPLY.
