High School Math & Physics Tutor (Part-Time) – New Age Academy, Surrey
Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
Location: In-person, Surrey, BC
Schedule: Weekday evenings (3:30–7 PM) & some Saturdays (11 AM–2 PM)
About the Role
New Age Academy is seeking passionate and reliable tutors for Math and Physics (Grades 8–12). Join our team to help students build confidence and excel academically — without spending hours on prep, as all materials are provided.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in Canada
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of the BC Curriculum
- Available during required hours (see above)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Vulnerable sector screening required
- BC Teaching Certificate an asset
