Wildawbren Construction is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with a wide range of residential and light commercial construction projects, from site preparation to finishing stages. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, reliable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up work areas
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, digging, and material handling
- Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, including daily site cleanup
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Previous construction or manual labor experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (or willingness to learn)
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $17.25-$30.55 per hour
