We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bartender with a flair for creating exceptional cocktails to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cocktail preparation and a deep understanding of mixology, complemented by a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a wide range of high-quality, innovative cocktails and other beverages in line with our restaurant's standards.
- Provide an engaging and sophisticated service experience to our guests, enhancing their dining experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our drink menu, including the preparation and history of cocktails.
- Contribute to menu development with creative and seasonally inspired drink ideas.
- Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and tools.
- Train and mentor junior staff in cocktail preparation and service excellence.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining restaurant or high-end bar, with a strong focus on cocktail preparation and mixology.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Creative flair and passion for inventing new cocktails and enhancing existing recipes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and create a memorable experience.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work flexibly.
- Certification in mixology/bar-tending preferred.
