We are a licensed property management brokerage in British Columbia seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Property Management Administrator.
This is not a passive clerical role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows tasks through to completion, and cares about accuracy, timelines, and outcomes. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway to an Admin Manager position with increased responsibility and compensation.
You will support the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions of our residential property portfolio and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support for property management operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and task follow-through
- Rent collection tracking and follow-up, including monitoring arrears and ensuring issues are addressed promptly
- Preparing leases, renewals, and tenancy documentation with minimal errors
- Preparing and issuing Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) notices in compliance with BC legislation
- Preparing move-in and move-out packages
- Coordinating and assisting with move-in / move-out inspections
- Processing client charges, recoveries, and tenant-related billings accurately and on time
- Processing tenant deposit refunds, including reconciliations and required documentation
- Maintaining clean, organized, and up-to-date tenant, property, and financial records
- Communicating professionally and efficiently with tenants, contractors, and internal team members
- Assisting with invoices and accounting-related administration
- Supporting high-volume month-end and beginning-of-month workflows
- Taking on increasing responsibility over time, including oversight of other administrative staff, as the role progresses toward Admin Manager

Experience
- Property management experience is a strong asset, but not required

Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-office position (non-remote)
- Monday to Friday, approximately 8 working hours per day
- Some work required outside standard hours, particularly at month-end and month-beginning, to support move-outs and move-ins
- Office location: 997 Seymour Street, Downtown Vancouver
Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary: $50,000 per year
- Salary progression up to $60,000 per year upon advancement to Admin Manager
