Z-Tec Automation Systems is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks and supporting our office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide information when needed.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed.
- Handle shipping and receiving responsibilities, liaise with logistics companies.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls professionally.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
