Part-Time Budtender – Grassroots Cannabis (Downtown Windsor)
Grassroots Cannabis is a locally owned and family-operated cannabis retailer serving Windsor since 2020. We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated Budtenders who are passionate about cannabis and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Educate customers on cannabis products, accessories, consumption methods, and responsible use
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
- Fulfill online and delivery orders
- Verify identification and ensure compliance with AGCO regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Restock inventory and assist with merchandising displays
- Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Valid CannSell Certification (required)
- Criminal Record Check / Police Clearance (required)
- Previous retail or sales experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of legal cannabis products and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
