Server / Bartender

About the Role
We’re gearing up for great 2026 at 1360 Golden Beach Rd, Bracebridge and are looking for energetic, personable Server/Bartenders who know how to read a room, craft a great drink, and turn a simple meal into a memorable experience.
Guest-facing roles at the heart of our resort. perfect for someone who thrives on connection, atmosphere, and a bit of hustle.
Year round, seasonal, part time and full time positions available.
Key Responsibilities
Service
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
Bar
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Develop a strong understanding of our drink program
- Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
Experience & Atmosphere
- Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and seasonal offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality DNA, those who genuinely enjoy engaging with people
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
