We are currently seeking a reliable office administrator who wants to join our small shop in Ancaster. Office experience is mandatory, knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred, must be able to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment.
This position is full-time Monday- Friday (no evenings or weekends) 8:30-5pm or 8am-4:30. 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Location: Sandhill Drive, Ancaster.

Daily Tasks: - Work Orders, data entry, shipping/receiving/ office organization and light cleaning, Inputting and scanning invoices - Organizing and Filing paperwork - Phone and email contact - Accounts receivables/ payables - Email and online file management - other duties as requested
