The Position: Window Cleaning Technician
We are seeking candidates who:
- Want to take their career to the next level! All of our managers started at entry-level positions within the company, and there is plenty of room to grow!
- Want to take training courses to increase their employable skills. Fall Protection training and Boom Lift Training (as required) are available to all employees.
- Want a fair wage. All employees at Elite start at a minimum of $19.00/hr + tips, and performance bonuses. Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience.
- Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
- Want to spend the summer outside.
- Are positive. Each job presents different challenges, and a positive attitude will lead to success.
- Are a licensed driver with a good record. Drivers abstract may be required.

What you will do:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, this is the most important part of your job.
- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing jobs on low rise buildings (4-5 stories max). Minimal ladder climbing required, you will remain on the ground 95% of the time, and when you do need a ladder it will only be up to the first story, all safety training will be provided.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
- Strive to continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training.
- Have the freedom to make decisions on the fly.
What to expect:
- A schedule that follows the needs of the business, generally 8am - 4 pm, days could be longer or shorter depending on the jobs that day.
- Fair compensation including cash tips, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
- Semi autonomous work experience. You'll have a predetermined route and you'll be working with a partner to complete the jobs with minimal supervision.

Contract length: 8 months (approximate). April 1 - November 30, depending on weather.
Salary: $19.00 to start. Based on experience.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift. 5 days per week. More or less based on schedule.
- Open Monday - Saturday
- 1.5x pay working holidays and hours over 44 hours per week.
