Locations: Long Plain First Nation & Keeshkeemaquah Reserve
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned sites, deterring potential criminal activity, and reporting incidents as required. Your presence and vigilance will help maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain visibility and deter suspicious activity
- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Observe entry and exit points
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Write accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and company policies
- Conduct security checks of buildings, equipment, and restricted areas
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic report writing skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Previous security experience is an asset, but not required
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
