Skina Medical & Cosmetic Clinic is a fast-growing medical aesthetics clinic located in North York, Toronto. We specialize in advanced skincare, laser treatments, injectables, and wellness services.
We are currently seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse to lead our team and support the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and support aestheticians and clinic staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience
- Conduct client consultations and assist with treatment planning
- Monitor clinic performance and help achieve sales targets
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes
- Ensure the clinic operates according to safety and professional standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical aesthetics clinic
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments and facial
- Valid laser certification/licence recognized in Ontario
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
