Duties

- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics and diagnostic tools to determine necessary repairs.
- Assemble and maintain automotive components, ensuring they meet safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs.
- Assist customers by providing clear explanations of repair needs and recommendations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is required, particularly in a dealership setting.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, including heavy lifting when necessary for vehicle servicing.
- Strong understanding of automotive schematics and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
