Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate transactions.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, investors, developers, and commercial clients.
- Conduct property tours, market research, and comparative market analyses.
- Prepare offers, negotiate agreements, and guide clients through complex transactions.
- Stay informed on market trends, investment opportunities, zoning, and commercial developments.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout every stage of the transaction.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative (RECO).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Coachable and eager to learn proven commercial real estate systems.
- Previous commercial experience is an asset but not required.
- Sales, finance, business, or investment experience is considered an advantage.
